Sunshine!

After your new plant babies have travelled across the country to be with you, the first thing they're going to need is light! Succulents are very drought tolerant but they love the light. Place your succulents in a good sunny spot as soon as you can. Don't leave the package sitting around.

Inspect the leaves

Succulents are very robust plants and travel well in the postal system. However, if you notice one or two leaves that have been damaged it's best to remove these on arrival. (You can always propagate them for your collection!). If you have any concerns and think your plant may have suffered during it's journey, please message us. Our customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us

moisture

Check the moisture level of your new plant babies. Plugs and potted plants should be left to dry out completely between watering so if the soil is still moist on arrival, leave them.
