Delivery
We process orders on a weekly basis so depending on when you place your order, dispatch can take up to 1 week
All orders are sent using a First Class Royal Mail service. This is usually a 24-48 hour service. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order is on route. If you do not receive your order in a few days, please contact us so we can investigate as soon as possible.
Postage is charged at £4.65 which is the minimum cost we pay for all parcels and packing materials. We do not add further costs to you for processing fees or larger bulkier orders.
Smaller letterbox parcels include free delivery. This costs us a smaller fee of £2.25 which we are happy to include
Orders with a value of over £40 will automatically qualify for free delivery. Many of our collections and giftsets also qualify for free delivery too.
Our customers are responsible for providing the correct address for shipment. Due to the nature of our products, plants returned due to incorrect addressing will need to be repurchased as we cannot recover lost or delayed items.
Gifting
We offer a free gift-wrapping service. If you would like to make your parcel extra special, please add a note in the “notes” section when ordering. If you miss this, you can email us at corsesidenursery@btinternet.com or call Rosie on 07817 399872
We will do our best to delay or rush orders where possible to meet specific special dates so don’t be afraid to give us a call or message if you have a particular date in mind.
Damages and Missing Items
Our customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. We do our best to package our plants with the utmost care and have very little issue with our postal service. However, on the odd occasion that plants are damaged in transit or go missing altogether, please contact us right away so we can send a replacement out or work out an appropriate refund.
Please note that it is quite normal for succulents to loose a few lower leaves during transit. You can simply remove these (or try your hand at propagating!)
