Aeonium Balsamiferum is a structurally elegant succulent. It shares similarities to the Aeonium Arboreum with its tree-like free branching growth habit. A.Balsamiferum has wide, spoon shaped leaves that come to a distinct point at the end. The rosettes tend to close up into rose-like buds in it’s dormant period. It’s foliage is apple green. Balsamiferum gets its name because of the distinct Balsam fragrance to its foliage. It has been described as pleasant, but is very much a personal preference!

This Aeonium would be fabulous for adding height and depth to any succulent arrangement or stand proud in a statement container. A.Balsamiferum likes to be in free draining soil and left to dry out between watering. It enjoys a sunny, South facing spot the most. To view our succulent care-guides please CLICK HERE
