This listing is for a well rooted Aeonium ‘Rosie P’ succulent grown from propagation here at Corseside Nursery in West Wales, UK. The plants are available as well rooted plug modules or larger potted plants (sent in their 7cm pots)
Aeonium Rosie P is the second Aeonium Hybrid grown from seed at Corseside Nursery. If you enjoy growing tree-like, free branching succulents then you will love this new Arboreum hybrid. Rosie P is very free branching so no need to prune her to get lots of heads. She features gorgeous two toned rosettes that can grow up to 10cm in diameter (so far!). In winter Rosie P goes an apple/lime green with a red edge. In the summer she can change all the way to a deep pink / ruby red. Watching her change colour through the year is so fascinating! We are in our 3rd year of growing her and are yet to see her flower.
Rosie P grows in an upright tree-like fashion to form a neat dome shaped bush. Rosie P would make a fabulous centrepiece in a succulent arrangement teamed with contrasting coloured succulents.
This succulent would enjoy a summer holiday outside but will need frost projection. It would love life as a houseplant near a sunny windowsill.
