This listing is for a carefully packaged very well rooted Crassula Sarcocaulis grown in locally sourced, organic (peat free!) compost. The plants are available as well rooted plug modules or larger potted plants (pots approx. 7cm diameter).
Crassula Sarcocaulis is an often over-looked UK hardy succulent (to -12). It has the most gorgeous pink flowers. Sarcocaulis is endemic to the rocky mountain slopes of Southern Africa where it developed thin pine-like foliage to cope with the colder climates. In mid to late summer it gets a gorgeous smattering of deep pink flowers, most unique to a Crassula.
Crassula Sarcocaulis grows in a bush-like fashion with woody stems and a crown of pine-like succulent foliage. When not it flower it looks like a Bonsai Tree! Sarcocaulis would love life in a South Facing rockery or a well-draining statement planter.
