Lampranthus is a coastal hardy succulent able to remain outdoors in the milder parts of the UK during the winter months. Lampranthus particularly loves coastal locations. These Ice Plants have fantastic vibrant flowers that cover the entire plant during the summer months to create the most eye catching ground coverage or show-stopping containers. Lampranthus will thrive in outdoor rockeries to create a wonderful carpet. They are also happy in well-drained containers and will trail over the edges when they run out of room. They don’t mind the UK wet and wind but may suffer in a nasty snow or frost.
