This listing is for 1 x well-rooted white Lampranthus Ice Plant. The plants are available as potted plants or smaller rooted plug modules. Please select size from drop-down menu. The plants are ready to be potted into a larger container (or into the ground between May-October).

Lampranthus is a coastal hardy succulent able to remain outdoors in the milder parts of the UK during the winter months. This Ice plant has an elegant white flower with a yellow centre as pictured. Ice plants get a full coverage of flowers during the summer months to create a dense matt of flowers that open and close with the summer heat.

Lampranthus will thrive in outdoor rockeries to create a wonderful carpet. They are also happy in well-drained containers and will trail over the edges when they run out of room. They don’t mind the UK wet and wind but may suffer in a nasty snow or frost. If a prolonged frost is threatened in your area, it is best bringing them indoors or covering for those particularly cold patches.
