This listing is for a carefully packaged well rooted Kalanchoe ‘Lavender Scallops’ succulent grown in locally sourced, organic, peat-free compost here in West Wales, UK. The plants are available as well rooted potted (3″) plants.
Kalanchoe Fedtschenkoi is a unique and interesting succulent with architecturally fascinating foliage. It’s branches form stacks of layered scalloped succulent leaves that bend and grow in all directions. The foliage is jade green in it’s new growth stages but deepens to an incredible lavender purple as it grows (and especially in spot with lots of direct sun!) . Kalanchoe Lavender Scallops loves a sunny spot but may burn in harsh direct mid-summer sun. This succulent has the most fabulous tubular flowers as you would expect from a Kalanchoe! It’s fairy average in terms of growth speed but very rewarding to watch.
