This listing is for a well rooted Othonna Capensis ‘Ruby Necklace’ grown here at Corseside Nursery in locally sourced, organic, peat free compost. The plants are available as well rooted plug modules or larger potted plants (pot size approx. 3″ diameter).
Othonna Capensis is an easy-to-grown, trailing succulent most notable for it’s purple and green stems and beaded foliage. The beads turn deeper purple as the summer sun gets more intense. It’s trailing nature and striking foliage colour make this a popular succulent for collectors. Ruby Necklace also has the sweetest yellow flowers through early summer months that add a fascinating contrast to the deeper foliage.
