This listing is for a carefully packaged well rooted Sedum Praealtum grown in locally sourced, organic (peat free!) compost in South West Wales (UK). The plants are available as well rooted plug modules ready for planting. Sedum Praealtum often nicknamed the Shrubby Stonecrop is a very easy to care for outdoor succulent that grows taller and bushier than most other sedums. This family of plants was given the name ‘Stonecrop’ as growers often joke that they are easier than stones to care for. This Sedum will likely thrive in the part of your garden that gets too much sun or the ground is too rocky for other more fussy plants.
Sedum Praealtum would enjoy life left alone in a statement planter or in the corner of a rockery to fill out and provide a lushus evergreen backdrop. Sedum Praealtum shoots out panicles of yellow flowers in late summer.
