This listing is for a carefully packaged very well rooted Sedum Stonecrop (Album Micranthum) grown in locally sourced, organic (peat free!) compost. The plants are available as well rooted plug modules or larger potted plants (pots approx. 7cm diameter). All of our hardy succulents are grown outside here in the UK so are used to the UK climate. Sedum Stonecrop is a fabulous little spreader that grows in a dense mass of little turrets made up of jelly-bean like fleshy succulent leaves. It’s hardier than most having survived -7 here on the west coast of Pembrokeshire. We have it thriving in many rockeries and potted arrangements here in the Nursery. Sedum stonecrop is ideal for ground coverage on the edge of paths, living roofs and eco-carpets. It is exceptionally drought tolerant and has a beautiful mass of white/blush pink flowers in mid-summer. We have lots of different types of Sedum so please message us if you’re looking for something specific or a mix.
Succulents thrive on neglect, so these are low maintenance, easy to care-for plants. These hardy succulents are best grown outdoors in rockeries, rooftop gardens, living roofs and any well-drained pot/container.
