Sedum Sexangulare

This listing is for a carefully packaged very well rooted Sedum Sexangulare grown in locally sourced, organic (peat free!) compost. The plants are available as well rooted plug modules or larger potted plants (pots approx. 7cm diameter). All of our hardy succulents are grown outside here in the UK so are used to the UK climate.
Sedum Sexangulare is a gorgeous outdoor Sedum perfect for rockeries and green roofs. Its foliage grows in miniature tendrils. It is low growing, spreading and trailing. The foliage is an apple green in winter or shadier spots, blushing to a gorgeous flaming orange in the summer months. Sedum Sexangulare gets a covering of pretty yellow flowers in the UK summer months.
This would make an excellent addition to a green roof and pairs well with other Sedums such as Rupestre and Stonecrop. It would also enjoy life in a well draining planter or hanging basket trailing over edges that it meets. We’ve used this Sedum as under-planting with other taller statement succulents and it provides a gorgeous ground cover.
